Since 2007, Natallia Papova has been employed as an accompanist at Barratt Due Musikkinstitutt. She holds a master’s degree in solo performance from the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, where she studied under Håvard Gimse, Einar Henning Smebye, Liv Glaser, and Leif Ove Andsnes.
Throughout her career, Papova has toured and performed as both a soloist and chamber musician in numerous countries, including the Nordic countries, China, and the USA. She has appeared at venues and festivals such as the Oslo Chamber Music Festival, Bergen International Festival, Troldhaugen, Levende Klassisk, NRK radio and television, and the Norwegian National Opera. She has also performed as a soloist with the University of Oslo Symphony Orchestra and Ålesund Symphony Orchestra. Renowned musicians including Liv Glaser, Philippe Entremont, Frank Levi, Jiri Hlinka, Robert Levin, Malcolm Bilson (fortepiano), and Bart van Oort (fortepiano) have served as important mentors and sources of inspiration through masterclasses and festivals.
Natallia Papova won first prize at the Piano Competition at the Minsk Music Academy in 2003 and was a finalist in the ConocoPhilips Competition (NMH) and INTROklassisk competition for Rikskonsertene. She has also received multiple awards for her work as a chamber musician.
