After studying at BI Norwegian Business School, Amanda holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology.

Amanda handles tasks related to HR, payroll, health and safety (HMS), and personnel matters. In addition, she is responsible for recording timesheets and updating the institute’s payroll and personnel records. She is the system administrator for Simployer, Penneo, Berg-Hansen (travel agency), and Talent Recruiter/onboarding, and she also manages sick leave, leave requests, and absence registration, while assisting other departments at the institute. Her workplace is located at Fastings gate 4.
